#Exercise no. 1. Lunge
The lunge is a great exercise and it can be performed in different ways. You can start from simple lunges later and you can challenge yourself for the next level. For weight loss and to improve your metabolism, lunges really work very well.
Targeted muscles
When you perform lunges, it especially targets the muscles of your lower body part that includes thighs and butts. it also works on the hamstring, glute, and quadriceps. By doing lunges in a proper way can improve the shape and posture of your body and gives strength.
# Exercise no. 2 Plank
The plank is one of my favorite exercises because it can perform anywhere- in your room, on your roof, in the park or in your garage. Plank is known for getting a flat stomach, to reduce the belly fat and burn the calories. plank helps improve your body posture too that's why it is in one of the most popular workout in our list of workout.
How to start plank as a beginner?
With my personal experience, it was very tough for me at the begging. I could have hardly held my body 20 to 30 seconds at that position. with regular practice, it could improve my timing.
set a timmer for 30 to 40 seconds according to your capacity, later you can increase your timing. it is best workout at home.
# Exercise no. 3. Squat
The squat is one of the best exercises for legs. Basically, it targetes all the muscles of your lower body part like hamstring, calves, quadriceps, and knee joints are targeted by squats. People also do it to get a sexy booty. that's wahy it a great work out at home.

ReplyDeleteEver since the pandemic I've had to workout more at home! I miss running the most but make sure I'm still getting some cardio in. Thanks for sharing all these great body weight exercises and for telling us what it targets as well! I've been doing most of these but wasn't always sure what body parts they were improving.
